In this biology course, the student will explore how to label and use a microscope; unicellular organisms, their structure and the different types; diffusion and the factors that affect the rate of diffusion; the parts that make up a plant cell and an animal cell and their functions; the differences between a plant cell and an animal cell; plant tissues and organs and how a plant is adapted for photosynthesis; multicellular organisms; and the parts and functions of the digestive and reproductive systems. They will also explore the differences in inhaled and exhaled gas.
This course is made up of thirteen fun and interactive courses designed for students in form 1 to 3. The objective at the end of the course is that the student know more about cells, tissues and organs and their respective parts and functions.
